These Terms apply to purchases of goods (including leather jackets and related accessories) sold through alphafusion.shop to consumers and businesses. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or bespoke services.

3. PRICING & CURRENCY

- Prices shown on the website are in GBP for UK customers and USD for US customers (currency is indicated on the product page). Final charged amount may vary due to currency conversion and payment provider fees.
- Product prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice for future purchases.

4. ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

- Orders are placed online through our checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order; this is not an acceptance of the order.
- Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for any legitimate reason (stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud).

 

5. PAYMENT

- We accept major payment methods as presented at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order placement.
- For UK customers, amounts will be charged in GBP; for US customers, amounts will be charged in USD.
- All cardholder data is processed by our secure payment processor; Alpha Fusion does not store full payment card details.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- We ship to UK and US addresses and may ship internationally where available. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Shipping is arranged via a carrier (e.g., DHL Express). A tracking number (AWB) will be provided when available.
- Duties, taxes, and customs clearance for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated (DDP options may be available at checkout).

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

- UK customers: You have the right to return standard goods in unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund (unless excluded). Bespoke or personalised items may not be eligible.
- US customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible goods in unused condition.
- To start a return, contact alphafusionltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we approved a prepaid arrangement.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. FAULTY GOODS & WARRANTY

- If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law.
- Leather care: normal wear and natural variations are not faults. We provide a care card with each jacket—follow it to maintain warranty eligibility.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on alphafusion.shop (images, text, designs, logos) is owned or licensed by Alpha Fusion Ltd. You may not reuse our content without prior written permission.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your information for order fulfilment, customer service, and marketing (where you opt in).

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Fusion Ltd's liability for any loss or damage arising from products you purchase from us is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product.
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss (including lost profits).

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer located in the United States in which case certain statutory rights may apply.
