Shipping Policy

At Alpha Fusion Ltd, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping service for all orders of our leather jackets. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your items, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

1. Delivery Locations

We proudly offer delivery services to customer addresses across both the United Kingdom and the United States.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is complete and accurate to prevent any delays.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed with Alpha Fusion Ltd in both the UK and the USA.
The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay – there are no additional delivery charges.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time:
- UK: 5:00 PM GMT (London Time)
- US: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)  

Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on a weekend, or on a public holiday will begin processing the next available business day.

Handling Time Frame:
Typically, orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparing your parcel for collection.

4. Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, transit times are:

- United Kingdom: 7 – 9 business days
- United States: 7 – 9 business days

Deliveries are made on business days only.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

From the time of order placement to delivery, the total estimated delivery time is 8 – 11 business days.

Please note that public holidays may extend delivery times. 

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

7. Damages

Alpha Fusion Ltd takes full responsibility for your order until it reaches your specified address.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Changes

- Before shipment: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your address.
- After shipment: We cannot change the delivery address once the order has shipped. You may contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (if available).

9. Wrong Item Ordered

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update or cancel it.
- If it has shipped, you may return it (unused and eligible for return) after delivery.

10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

11. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
- Orders not yet shipped will be fully refunded.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return upon receipt.

12. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be added to your order where applicable, in accordance with local tax laws.
